Welcome back for the 2008 season! I would like to welcome everybody back to the all-new JimBryantRacing.com presented by MHOSS Designs. Jim worked his tail off to get his new street stock out to Dunn Tire Raceway Park for the 2008 season opener and all that work paid off. Jim took command of the Street Stock feature, pulling out from the rest of the field. The car was hooked up and Jim went on to win his first feature race of 2008.

Well, 2007 sure didn’t end as we had hoped for. I was looking forward to defending my championship in 2007, but things didn’t go well as everyone already knows. There were a lot of broken parts and bad luck this year. The car was pretty much destroyed the second to last week of racing. I don’t know what my plans are for next season. I am looking at a few different options. I will be getting my son Nathan’s karting career under way. We are not sure yet what tracks we will be running , but look for him to get started in the spring. I should end this season by thanking the people and the sponsors who make everything possible. I would like to thank my wife and children for sacrificing and being understanding of my addiction. I couldn’t do any of this without you. I love you guys. My mother and father for their support on and off the track. The sponsors have been great as always. I would like to thank Hanes Supply. They have helped me since day one. I picked up a new sponsor this year in Buffalo Concrete accessories as well. I thank you for your support, and look forward to working with you for the years to come. Peter Taska and Able Agency. What needs to be said about him? He’s there at the track every week not only to support me, but all of the other racers he sponsors as well. What a great guy. I know a lot of guys really appreciate what he does for us. He has great prices on insurance too! Thank you to Skyworks for coming on board once again. And to all the others- Prographic Signs, Bison Scaffold, Twin City Automatic, and Skyline RV. I couldn’t have run as well as I did the last 2 years without all of your help. I would also like to thank McGard for sponsoring our class this year. There are too many others to list who help me out on a weekly basis, but here are a few. Jason Hollinger for helping in the pits each week, Terry Weldy for one awesome paint job, and lots of good advice. Terry helped a lot with the car this year. Hanel racing, The Wookie, and Rick Ortwein for sharing parts. Also all of my competitors who call after things don’t go well, and offer help and parts. What a great group of guys to race with. Mike Hossfeld did a great job on the website again this year. If anyone is thinking of a site, I would highly recommend Mike to help you out. I’m sure that I have missed some people along the way, but you all know who you are. Look for updates as next year draws closer. Thanks again, and may everyone have a safe off season!
